Our group fitness class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. You'll get to run sprints, perform push ups and various forms of plyometric and interval training with little rest between exercises. Our instructor will ensure safety when you perform the routine.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Apart from performing body weight, this program will have a mixture of weights set. Weight training will transform your body by developing strength and endurance in major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories and tone your body so that you can become lean, strong, and unstoppable!
We will include suspension training in the program, it is a bodyweight exercise in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions.
Our instructor will push you so that you can get fast results! You can see the difference of reduced bodyfat, increases strength and coordination and better functional movement.
