SCOPE OF TRAINING
1) Basic Striking Techniques
You will learn the basic punching and kicking. You will learn about straight punches - variety of jabs, power punches, hook, uppercut, body punches. Kicking - front push and kick, low or head roundhouse kicks, sidekicks. For advance, you may learn on knees and elbow strike, clinch and throws.
2) Body Movement & Agility
Boxing isn't about using your arms? shoulder movement, torso ratation, ankle twist and many more. We will show you how the anatomy of movement to prevent injury while executing strikes.
Going forward, backslides, move sideways - these are some movement that you will learn by using the right footwork.
4) Fitness and Conditioning
We will be training you on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) where a mixture of aerobic and anaerobic. This will improve your fitness level (cardio, endurance and strength) to meet the required intensity for the routine.
5) Partner Training
This is the fun part where you can engage with your training partner for interactive.
